All upgrades were installed by me but like I said. I’m in no way an expert but I am very hands on and have been a mac user for 15 years. Cable stopped working but my 2nd charger cable worked fine. At this point I try to avoid i sitting on my lap and only put it on a rigid surface. It often comes back up with no issues but if i put too much pressure on that side or sometimes the bottom. This crash often makes several lines on the screen and just freezes until I perform a hard power down. The first way is when I put any pressure on the left side where all the ports are.
